This set is a perfect primer on compassion-in-practice. Pema Chodron is the celebrated American Buddhist nun and author of When Things Fall Apart and The Places That Scare You. This popular set includes her book Start Where You Are: A Guide to Compassionate Living, a CD with Chodron's spoken instructions on tonglen meditation, and a set of cards with the Tibetan lojong slogans on one side and Chodron's comments on the other.
While gently used, this set is in excellent condition. All parts are included, there are no markings on the books or cards and the cd appears to be free of significant scratches.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, item will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.
Items are shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with the United States Postal Service. This item will ship in a medium flat rate box and the shipping cost will be $10.95. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional and incurs an additional charge. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees.
If more than one item is won, we will combine all the items into one box and ship in the smallest box possible. If the items do not fit into a Flat Rate box, the items will be boxed into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team.
