6 hour Green Building consultation with Licensed Contractor and LEED AP Eric Kindseth Builders. Consultation will cover all aspects of a successful residential or commercial new project or renovation. Topics to be covered:
- Permitting
- Site survey
- Design solutions- natural building materials, low resource framing, living roof options
- Energy Efficiency goals and implementation
- Alternative energy sources- solar hot water, earth source radiant cooling and heating, photovoltaics, wind
- feasibility/budgeting
- Planning

This service is available anyplace within Sonoma and Marin Counties, and will expire on December 31, 2011.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, a certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
