The first Bubby's opened in Tribeca in 1990. There were two tables, a coffee brewer, and a pizza oven to bake pies in. From the day Bubby's opened, the Tribeca neighborhood embraced her as family, and Bubby's doors have been open to neighbors, friends, and anyone else who wanders by ever since!

On the menu you'll find American cookery from every region. Many of the recipes are family heirlooms handed down for generations. Some had to be cajoled from clenched hands!
