Description
"Yam Suf: Splitting of the Seas" is a powerful and beautiful oil Painting and Mixed Media on Canvas Diptych that has been exhibited in multiple galleries and museums. 40" x 30", 40" x 30".
Yam Suf: Splitting of the Seas is a famous Jewish biblical theme that explores the Jewish Exodus from Egypt, and it is said that the seas literally split open to carve a path for the Jewish People to escape Egyptian slavery and enter into the desert, which ultimately became an integral step into the return to The Promised Land of Israel. For Rebecca, this theme not only applies to Jewish history but also serves as a metaphor for modern life and represents a timeless symbol of spiritual faith, courage, and the endless possibilities that are available within the human experience.
