Roman Plotkin is a Russian born retired engineer whose hobby has been creating these metal works of art for over 40 years.  He has made over 75 pieces! His works of art have been displayed at amateur art shows in Poland and Germany in the 1970’s and hang in many of his friends’ and families’ homes.

and is customized to the winner's specifications with a specific theme or
concept.
