One of the shining stars of television news, Soledad O'Brien is the special correspondent and anchor for CNN's special investigations unit. For CNN she has covered Hurricane Katrina and the South Asian tsunami, as well as breaking news in the war in Iraq and across the country. Most recently, she co-hosted CNN's 2008 election coverage, and is also the author of the recently released companion book to Latino in America.
