The atheist loved the fact that the only piece of common ground just happened to be completely secular--more good jobs for Palestinians in Palestine could only help. It kinda validated everybody in a way, just a little bit. Consumers of all persuasions loved it. But we never were able to find the investors of any persuasion to make it work.
