Let Chef Jimmy Accursio of Rye come to your home to create an authentic , gourmet, Italian dinner for your party of 10. You supply the wine and Jimmy will bring all of the ingredients needed for the meal.

The night's menu includes:

• Appetizers: Asparagus frittata, artichokes & proscuitto with melon
  


• Salad: Sicilian salad with arugala, fennel, Sicilian dried cured olives, fresh orange sections, capers, fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil
  


• Pasta: Imported pasta with sausages and meatballs


• Dessert: Chef's choice

Relax and entertain your guests while Jimmy prepares the meal, then join him in serving your guests as the smells and tastes transport you to Sicily. Next put on the coffee or espresso and enjoy Jimmy's fabulous dessert, the perfect ending to your meal.
