Bill's Men's Shop was founded in 1961 by William Platt. Bill's has been an independent retailer, situated in the same location, for over 40 years. Marty Berg beganworking at Bill's in 1966 and became part owner in 1974 and full owner in 1979. In 1969 Bill's expanded by taking over the space previously occupied by an adjacent children's store. Bill's has evolved from being primarily a men's clothing and sportswear shop into a store specializing in footwear of every style for men and women. It also features a unique collection of clothes for men and a full line of merchandise including pants, shirts and accessories.
