With the cold late autumn days and the bountiful fall harvest, now is the perfect time to roast a chicken or make chicken soup! This frozen chicken was raised on the beautiful pasture behind the Monitor Barn here in Richmond, VT by VYCC Farm interns. Expect the chicken to be between 5 - 6 pounds.
NOTE: This is a buy-now item!
Special Instructions
S&H: Chickens must be picked up at the West Monitor Barn in Richmond, VT during our regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm). The office will be closed from December 18, 2010 - January 1, 2011. We cannot ship frozen chickens.
