Yes, we have two Y's, aren't we lucky?  The YWCA MDI's brothers are located on Park St.  The MDI YMCA has a wonderful facility perfect for keeping fit all year long.  Can't walk in the snow?  Use  the walking track or there is a pool and fitness room.  Check out all the classes your 3 month membership will get you.  Get hooked on the "M".
