L. Rowell-Kelley is one of the Island's best loved artists.  Her paintings and drawings reflect the settings and people around her. She uses a variety of mediums to portray her visions. Her landscapes capture the feeling of the trees, wildflowers and rolling, grassy hills. Her inspiration for the flower studies have come from annual visits to Monhegan Island in Maine. She exhibits widely in the local area.
