Chef Malia Prystowsky at Eat Well Catering is a classically trained chef who has worked at several top restaurants in Chicago, including Les Nomades, Aubriot, and Aria. She served as the head chef at Uncommon Ground in Lakeview before taking hiatus to be home with her daughter. Includes Chef Labor only (including clean up!).
