Personal Chef, Malia Prystowsky from Eat Well Catering will lead you and three others in a basic knife skills class, including appetizers!

Malia is a classically trained chef who has worked at several top restaurants in Chicago, including Les Nomades, Aubriot, and Aria. She served as the head chef at Uncommon Ground in Lakeview before taking hiatus to be home with her daughter.
