Enjoy a 10 week Reflective Parenting Workshop at Well Baby Center in Mar Vista, CA!

Reflective Parenting Workshops are 10-week experimental, interactive groups that help parents to view their child's behaviors as meaningful communications that need to be understood. Their communications involve:

1.) Separation and reuniting,

2.) The child's emergence of self and autonomy,

3.) The child's unique temperament and how it fits with that of their parents,

4.) How to respond to a child's distress with sensitivity and flexibility.

Parents will learn about the impact of their own behavior and feelings on their child's development, which science shows to be predictive of secure attachment relationships.

-One or both parents may attend

-Group meets 1.5 hours weekly for 10 weeks
