Spend a day at the farm meeting the St Benoît team and participating in a day's yogurt production. Your day will begin early getting the milk fresh from the cows at the first milking and continue on to making yogurt at the creamery. You will have an exceptional opportunity to learn about making French-style organic yogurt on the farm, and discover some of the many unique differences between an artisan dairy and commercial factory. A fresh organic locally farmed picnic lunch will be provided and you will receive a case of the yogurt you helped make. (Yogurt available for pick-up at the Ferry plaza or San Rafael farmers' market the week-end following the visit). Available for up to two people during the week.
