PERSPICUITY NOTES
- Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance. Reservations made less than 60 days in advance are accepted based on availability and subject to a $49 surcharge.
- Accommodations for extra nights may be available for an additional fee at the time of booking.
- Group travel requires a $49 per person surcharge.
- In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. Reservations made between January and May will require an additional surcharge if applicable.
- Transportation, taxes, gratuities, and other expenses are not included with this offer.
- No Refunds: You have a special discount hotel certificate. Refunds absolutely do not exist here by any reason including passengers denied boarding due to insufficient immigration or citizenship documents or any other reason. If you did not redeem yet your certificate, you can give the certificate to another person. But after certificate is redeemed in the name of that person, this process cannot go back on any way.
- The Caribbean Islands are foreign countries and travelers are required to have a valid passport.

Within 24 hours from the time your payment clears, we will email you the hotel certificate ID number and you can redeem the hotel certificate and book your vacation right away. The customer will receive the final reservation form by post mail within 1-3 weeks after redeeming the hotel certificate.
