Beginning Meditation (Learn to Meditate Series)
Five-class series takes you step-by-step through the basics of meditation - sitting comfortably, calming the mind and learning how to access your own inner peace, calmness and strength.
Meditation is learning to still the body, calm the mind and turn your focus inward to the higher aspects of your inner reality.
In this series, you will learn to set up a meditation routine and how to be successful in your efforts of meditation.
Series is held 4 to 6 times a year.

Sue Chadwick has been teaching meditation in the Dallas metroplex for over 12 years. In this 5-week series, you will learn an ancient, yet simple, meditation technique brought to America in 1920 by the master of yoga, Paramhansa Yogananda.
