Armed with Mississippi John Hurt-style guitar chops, Terri has released 12 critically acclaimed albums. Now the Queen of San Marcos, Texas returns to Tucson behind her new CD, Cry Till You Laugh, with long-time collaborator Lloyd Maines. For the last decade, Hendrix has toured constantly, packing listening rooms, theaters and playing premiere events at the Newport Folk Festival, the Philadelphia Folk Festival, the Texas State Fair, the Austin City Limits Music Festival, the Kerrville Folk Festival and our own Tucson Folk Festival. She's also appeared on the nationally syndicated World Café and Mountain Stage radio shows. She is joined by long-time collaborator Lloyd Maines, a master of all things stringed and Grammy-winning producer.

Since 1998 Rhythm & Roots has presented American Roots, Blues, Folk, Bluegrass, Flamenco, Gypsy and World music. Today Rhythm & Roots stages more than 20 shows per year in Tucson and Flagstaff, Arizona.

We enjoy presenting artistic leaders in a comfortable and intimate atmosphere that respects the performer, the music, and fellow music lovers.
