It's a well known secret that good bbq takes time. The reason our meats taste better is we slow cook the best cuts of Beef, Pork, and Chicken in our wood burning pit until they are tender and juicy. The second half of the secret, is our spices and "Mops", we generously rub all of our meats with our signature house spice blends, then we "Mop" them with one of our signature "Mops". This gives us layers and layers of flavor in our tender meats.
