The University of South Carolina Spirit Program gladly donates Cocky for your child's one-hour outside appearance and the decorations are covered! Make a grand entrance with a free-standing four-color balloon arch. Cocky's request must be inside the Columbia area and between the months of August and May, expiring December 31, 2011. Please contact Erika Goodwin at 803-777-8429 or a minimum of six weeks prior to a requested date to check on availability and make a formal request. Please order the balloon arch at least one week in advance.
