Arnold Badner, fondly known as the Macaroon King, created Jennies Macaroons in 1973. Named after his daughter, Jennies has continued to stay family focused since the beginning.

In the 1970’s Arnold began researching and breaking into the heath food market. He had been creating macaroons for the General Nutrition Corporation (GNC). After learning about the health food industry he branded Jennies Macaroons and began marketing them.
