Fabrizio Salimbeni, an MSC parent and professional chef, will come to your home and cook you a wonderful, romantic dinner for two. Dinner includes starter, main course and dessert, plus a good bottle of wine.

Chef Fabrizio's first teacher was his mother, who taught him to make foods like lasagne and meat ragu. He attended culinary institute in his native Italy and his first job was in his couin's restaurant. 

When he came to the us he was first a chef at La Pizza Fresca and then at Pizzabolla. He then pursued a career in restaurant consulting.
