This is a single user license of QuickBooks Premier 2010 accounting software.

The installation CD contains all of the Premier versions of QuickBooks - General Business, Contractor, Manufacturing/Wholesale, Retail, Professional Services and Non-Profit.

Simply choose which version you want to use at the time of installation.

Any data that currently resides in an older version of QuickBooks will upgrade seamlessly into this new version.
