  1. Meet with client to discuss project and programming.

  2. Do preliminary schematic design of project based on initial meeting.

  3. Meet with client to go over schematic design.

  4. Create an outline of the process to take the project from schematic design through construction documents.

  5. Review with the client the process of submittal with the city in regards to zoning, planning commission/ARB and permit review.
