Description
Williams parent Orly Bonshtein will prepare a Modern Medditerranean style dinner for 6 people., menu to be coordinated with the host. ly Dinner includes: appetizers, main course and dessert.
Sample menu options to choose from include:
Appetizers: Labane with caramelized tomatoes, cauliflower with Kalamata olives and herbs, spinach pie
Entrees: Grape leaves pie with yogurt souce, herbed chicken with preserved lemons, grilled kebabs filled with with goat cheese.
Side dishes: Rice with fried eggplants, couscous with pistachios, artichokes and red pepper, spinach salad with oranges
Dessert: Fudgy chocolate cake, assortment of cookies (maple-pecan, irish cream-chocolate), chestnut mouse.
