Description
Williams parent Lisa Rothstein will prepare a Vietnamese or French style dinner party for 8. To include one appetizer, main course, side dishes, and dessert. Serving/re-heating instructions will be provided.
Lisa will be happy to customize your meal and discuss alternatives:
French meal: Pick one from each category
Appetizer: mussels in wine, brandade (salt cod served on red potatoes), cheese tarte, crudite’s with variety of dips
Main dish options: Coq au vin (Chicken in red wine sauce), Beef Burgundy, Cassoulet (duck casserole with sausage and white beans), bouillabaisse (seafood stew)
Sides options: Potato Gratin, haricot verts, pear salad with blue cheese,
Desserts: Tarte Tatin (Carmelized apple tart), Crème Brulee, Chocolate Mousse
Vietnamese meal: pick one from each category
Appetizer: Fresh spring rolls, peanut pork in lettuce wrapper
Main: Grilled Lemongrass chicken, shrimp with glass noodles (clear noodles), carmelized pork
Side: Coconut jasmine rice, or plain jasmine rice, Vegetable stir fry
Dessert: Coconut crème caramel, coconut rice with mangoes, fruit tart
