Description
House visit for veterinary service by a NY Licensed Veterinarian.
Visit includes one physical exam for one dog or one cat plus 2 vaccines for the pet that gets examined.
Upon examination, if the pet has a health problem, we will review any tests if recommended, and treatment options.
Special Instructions
- If pet is sick, vaccines will NOT be given.
- Also note any extra tests or treatments require extra costs.
- House visits only limited to Manhattan, NYC
- Expiration Date : 1 Year from winning the auction 2011
