An introduction to the pet must take place with the owner present prior to services being rendered.
Overnights: anywhere in Manhattan accessible by public transportation. Mark usually arrives around six or seven in the evening - stays overnight with your pet - and then leaves about eight or nine am after caring for pet. Overnight visits occur in your home only.
