Fifty bottles of wine are available for sale tonight for $100 dollars each. One of these bottles is specially labeled and, once discovered by its lucky purchaser, will be exchanged for a bottle of 1975 Château Pétrus. This vintage wine is highly collectible and valued at an estimated $2,500.

This full-bodied red has been described by wine expert Robert Parker as “youthful, rustic, and brutally powerful in style with an emerging nose of over-ripe black cherries, mocha/chocolate, and truffles.”  Grown and handcrafted at the world-renowned Pétrus estate in Bordeaux, France, this treasure was created with painstaking attention to detail and is a prestigious bottle of wine to be cherished for a great occasion.

Immediately following the live auction, all 50 wine purchasers will be asked to come to the stage to make their mystery selection. One lucky winner will take home the 1975 Château Pétrus!
