This special collectible piece weighs in at a hefty 50 grams of silver and is gold-plated (50g/Ag999 stamped on back). The piece artistically displays the most famous building of the World Expo, the impressive China Pavilion - the single most visited site of the 2010 World Expo.
This special piece is an officially licensed product of the Shanghai World Expo 2010 and was purchased on site by an ISTP family visiting the Expo. The piece has never been handled nor removed from its protective casings. The boxed item is brand new and was only opened for photographs.

The 2010 World Expo was held in Shanghai, China on both banks of the Huangpu River from May 1 to October 31, 2010. The theme of the exposition was "Better City, Better Life" to signify Shanghai's new status in the 21st century as the next great world city.
The 2010 Expo had the largest number of countries participating and was the most expensive Expo in the history of the world's fairs. The Shanghai World Expo was also the largest World's Fair site ever.
By the end of the Expo, a record attendance of over 73 million people had visited, and 250 countries and international organizations had participated.
