Description
Both exotic and familiar, many Persian dishes overlap with Greek, Turkish, and Indian food: naan-like flatbreads, kebabs, and stuffed vegetables, for instance. But Iranian cuisine's aromatic spice combinations are instantly recognizable and uniquely their own. Succulent and perfumed. Simultaneously rich and delicate. And now, you can enjoy these flavors in the comfort of your own home!
This fabulous feast, prepared by ISTP parents Sherry Banan Sebt and Ali Sebt, will include a variety of dishes such as basmati rice with lentils and raisins, cucumber salad, saffron rice with yogurt, Persian style soup with beans and spinach, grilled eggplant with tomatoes, eggs and garlic, yogurt and spinach dip, and lavash bread!
Dinner will feed 10 and will be delivered to your home on a mutually agreed upon date.
