This ideal casita (guest house) in San Jose, Costa Rica is perfect for a couple or family. Spend a week or more exploring the beautiful country and enjoying the superb views, space to walk, run, or simply read and relax in one of the hottest "eco" vacation spots in the world.

The lovely casita has a double bedroom with en suite shower and a separate living area that includes a sofa bed and a kitchenette. Friendly ISTP Alumni parents, David Stubbs and Juletta Broomfield, and their teenage daughter and son own the main house.

The casita is located near the city's major highways and San Jose airport, allowing you the opportunity to drive or fly to both the Pacific or Caribbean coasts of Costa Rica. Rental of a 4 x4 is recommended to get off the beaten track and fully experience Costa Rica at its finest!

The Casita fits two people comfortably, and 3 is cozy. The period in which the Casita could be available is one/two weeks, and the bidding winners would need to take the vacation before the end of August 2011.
