This will be the same course that she teaches at Sur La Table, Surfas and at the Culinary Institute of History. You will be hands on. Everyone will have the opportunity to experiment and learn how to properly handle the gold and silver.... A must for every culinary devotee! Gold and Silver will be supplied. A light lunch will be served. There will be special take home goodie bags.
