Every piece of wood tells a story of the tree it came from, and this bowl brings that story to life.   The bowl was crafted by Roger DeKett, a longtime resident of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.   Roger uses his background in forestry to select, harvest and craft hard and softwood Burls into unique, usable vessels.  

This bowl is 12" long x 10" wide x 4" deep.  ï»¿ï»¿There are 5 coats of salad bowl finish on the inside and 3 on the outside, making it food-safe.   It's a stunning centerpiece for your coffee or dining room table.
