If you are 16 years or older and interested in the medical profession, this is the opportunity for you. Experience life in the ER at Children's Hospital Los Angeles on four separate dates, courtesy of Dr. Janet Semple Hess.  During your four hour shift, you will observe the medical staff consisting of nurses, residents, ER doctors and surgeons, as they care for the over 100 medically ill and injured children that come through their doors on a daily basis.  Get a first hand look at what it is like to work on a medical team, saving lives and making critical decisions.  Winner must complete paperwork and provide proof of current immunizations prior to first visit.  Must provide own transportation.  Dates and times to be mutually agreed upon.  Winner must be a member of Chaminade family.
