World Famous Home-Made Braided Brioche Bread ~

Making bread is a great hobby for me, as it involves precise measuring and fiddling with things, endless experimentation with different recipes and variations, healthy organic ingredients, and with my bread maker I can make delicious braided brioche for you! I usually use the dough setting, take the bread out of the machine when it's done rising, shape it and let it rise again, then bake it on parchment paper in the oven… and then straight on to your table! You can almost smell the bread now, can’t you?
