Landscaping can be a critical component in the decision to purchase a property.  As our cultural awareness of the environment intensifies, so too does the interest of current and prospective homeowners in knowing more about the plantings and ornamentals in a given landscape.  Facts about potential plantings, lawn maintenance, yardscaping options, and the upkeep needs of existing gardens can greatly impact both property values and real estate transactions. Often, a few low-cost minimal plantings can greatly enhance a property’s curb appeal!

We have developed an informational resource for homeowners in southern Maine, utilizing highly skilled gardeners, to serve in the identification and maintenance assessment of ornamentals and other plantings on properties.  Homeowners are offered a thorough assessment form identifying key plantings and ornamentals, along with suggestions to enhance curb appeal and information for continued maintenance. The service is by and large informational only.  Any subsequent opportunities for landscaping work would be negotiated separately.  We offer competitive rates for any work we contract to do ourselves, and have an extensive list of referral gardeners to draw from.
