Description
What is a Wee House? It is a cast-fired porcelain and encaustic one-of-a-kind sculpture in earth tones of yellow, green and brown by local artist, Cat Schwenk.
Cat says: Thank you for enjoying one of my wee porcelain and encaustic houses. With a little care you can enjoy it for years and years and pas it down through time. Please keep this small sculpture out of any direct sunlight and away from sources of heat. It should not be exposed to extreme or sudden temperature changes. Made of wax and oil point it will harden over time and can be lightly polished with a soft cloth.
Inspired by play time with her father when she was a small child, Cat created this Wee Houses for you to enjoy! From the Studio on the Hill, 21 Pleasant Hill Road, in Freeport.
