Summer in Maine! Is there anything better? Enjoy a week’s stay (Sunday to Saturday) at a lovely cottage near the seaside on Peak’s Island, off the coast of Portland. It sleeps 4-6 and has wonderful amenities including a porch, complete kitchen, games for the kids and plenty of room in the front yard. Maybe you want to take a 5-minute walk to the beach, have an ice cream cone at the local parlor, or enjoy a lobster roll at one of the island’s three tasty restaurants.

Keene's cottage is located in a quiet residential area of Peaks Island. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin size beds. We also have a couch in the living room that has a queen size bed in it. One very tiny but full bathroom. There is a also a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and outdoor 2^nd shower (for washing off the beach sand!) 20-minute boat ride from Portland, a gem of a town in Maine! There is lots of things to do on Peaks and in Portland!

 Worth $500.00 weekly plus $100.00 security deposit (required, and which also holds your week and refunded when property is vacated within terms including clean and undamaged).

Negotiable week typically starts with check-in 4pm Sunday and leave by Saturday at 10am. $100.00 security deposit will be returned upon checking out provided house is left in reasonable manner.  No shows results in nonrefundable deposit.

Rental schedule available from April 30 through October 3, 2011, based on availability. Holidays excluded.
