Yoga teacher has 2 - 200 hour certifications.  Come to my yoga studio in my home for a private 1 1/2 hour yoga class to work on alignment and deepen understanding of the dynamic of yoga postures.  Or if you are a beginner or new to Yoga, learn in the comfort of a private class the basics needed to join a beginner class in a yoga studio.
