For as long as I can remember, I have loved taking pictures. My walls in high school were so covered with snapshots that you couldn't see the color of the wall any more! I'm not really sure why it took me so long to turn my love of photography into a business, but I feel SO blessed that God gave me the means and the courage to finally take the leap of faith. I began just photographing my 3 beautiful daughters who are such a joy to my life. They are always my most challenging (and most enjoyable) models to photograph! I couldn't do this without the support of my wonderful husband who works hard, so I can do what I love - stay home to raise my children, and take pictures of people enjoying life. I'd like E116to thank my friends and family who encouraged me and let me "practice" photographing them. y style might be a little different from what you're used to. I like my photo sessions to be pretty relaxed, especially when I'm working with kids. I understand that kids don't always like to sit still, so it isn't unusual for me to follow them around or lay in the grass while I take their pictures. I don't do a lot of "posed" shots because I prefer to capture my clients in a more natural way. I will do some posed shots, but I usually get my best pictures when you don't think I'm actually taking any! Above all, I want my clients to feel comfortable, and I want them to be excited about the pictures they are getting. I feel it is a privilege to capture this special time in your life!
