Description

A visit to the Wylie House Museum is most often described as a glimpse into the past.  From its formal front hall and parlor to the kitchen and pantry, the Wylie House will take you back to a time long past.  Built in 1835, the Wylie House Museum was home to Andrew Wylie, Indiana University's first president.

The Wylie House: Preserving Our Past video explains how Andrew Wylie brought the ideas for the Georgian style house from his home in western Pennsylvania.  Room after room, the Wylie House reveals its story as the camera takes you on a tour of the home.

This video is 42 minutes and 21 second long.
