When their daughter Robin was born with Down Syndrome in 1950, entertainers Roy Rogers and Dale Evans ignored advice to "put her away" and instead raised Robin.  Although Robin only lived two and a half years, she changed her parents' lives and even made life better for other children with special needs in the years to come. 

Told from Robin's point of view in heaven, Angel Unaware is a touching story that has inspired millions of readers around the world.  Royalties from the book (1953) were donated to the newly formed Arc of the United States.
