Each meal contains 1 MRE entree, 1 Raisin Pack, 2 of 3 (Cookie, Fig Bar and/or Toaster Pastry), 1 Cracker Pack, 1 Peanut Butter or 1 Cheese Spread, 1 Sqwincher Beverage Base, 1 Black Pepper Packet, 1 Wet Nap, 1 Spoon and 1 Flameless Ration Heater.
