Black Mountain Retreat is located in the Russian River Valley near Guernville. There are two houses and a cottage with a total of eight bedrooms, two kitchens, a swimming pool, hot tub, trails, woods, a creek, a kids play structure, volleyball court and nets, and much more.

Billing Info: Gift certificate can be mailed to buyer at buyer's expense. Please see item description for details and shipping costs. The item can also be picked up at Sebastopol Independent Charter School after the end of the auction. Credit cards will be automatically billed after the auction. Unless you are a school parent, you will automatically be charged for shipping unless you contact us before 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, December 15th.
