The goal of taking a natural childbirth education class is to become inspired,  educated, informed and enable themselves to achieve the pregnancy, birth and postpartum period for which they seek.

This natural, practical and evidence-based childbirth education class fits what each participant feels they need. These private sessions are perfect if you find yourself close upon your birth date and haven’t enrolled in group classes yet, your schedule doesn't’t match group class times, you would prefer to attend classes in the comfort of your own home, or you are looking for that one on one care.  

When: A typical childbirth series includes 3, 90 – 120 minute sessions.
Where: Classes are held in the comfort of your own home or another private space, whichever option works best for you.
Cost: Cost of class is $125 – $150 per couple
Details: A sample agenda of each session may be requested before deciding if this is the right class for you. You will be provided with handouts at each session, interactive discussions and lots of time for questions and answers.
