Kathy Faulstich holds a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology as well as numerous certifications in personal training and group fitness. She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Kathy’s passion for movement and her enthusiasm for teaching began with group fitness. Over her career Kathy has taught a vast variety of classes. She has designed and implemented instructor certification programs and managed fitness professionals throughout the United States. Kathy has been a private trainer in the Santa Monica area for over ten years. She has helped many celebrities achieve the high level of fitness necessary to be camera ready. Her extensive experience makes here an extremely versatile trainer. As an athlete she is a competitive adventure racer and marathon runner.  Kathy is a knowledgeable and energetic trainer with great technical understanding.
