Description
Ms. Costa's 2nd & 3rd graders created this beautiful mural project to grace the walls of an art museum... or your home! The students worked from a grid to re-create Paul Gaugin's "Street in Tahiti" (1891). Each child worked on 1 or 2 squares to complete the project.
After working on paper, this mural was assembled and pasted onto a 24" x 30" x 1.5" museum wrapped canvas. It was glazed and the sides were painted so that it is ready to hang in your home.
This painting will be on view in Ms Costa's room for you to see in person! On the back of the painting is a list of names showing which piece of the mural was made by which child.
