Bring your family and friends, (up to 6 people), rafting down the South Fork of the American River!  Raft guide and Strandwood parent, Shanna Holden, will guide you and your guests down the river section best suited to you: mostly depending on the age of the 'kids' that are going.  (I have taken from 18 months to 60something down river.)  We can discuss the type of raft rig (oar frame or paddle), level of the river run, and its excitement when you win this item: will you go through Barking Dog, Trouble Maker, or Satan's Cesspool?   Use by Oct 3, 2011.  Lunch provided.  Bring water bottles, sunscreen, sunglasses, watershoes or old sneakers, and any special snacks needed.  The South Fork is about 2 hours from Strandwood, running the river can take 4-6 hours.  Can't wait!
